Ann Taylor and LOFT Purchases – In Toronto!

If you read my main site, DelectablyChic!, you’d know that both Ann Taylor and LOFT have opened up stores in Toronto (Ann Taylor now has two – one downtown at the Eaton Centre and another at Yorkdale).  Being as busy as I am, I haven’t really had the chance to post some outfit pictures from my loot.  However, now that things have (mostly) died down for the rest of the year, I have the chance.  Below are two pieces (well, it’s supposed to be three) from the recent Yorkdale media preview:

The four items, not worn:

Everything except the sweater is from LOFT

The LOFT dress (with belt from BCBG):

LOFT dress (without belt):

While I’m not wearing tights/leggings with the dress, I think it wouldn’t look bad with them – especially in black. In the above pictures, I’m wearing the dress with Cole Haan boots.

The black LOFT Marissa velvet skinny pants and Ann Taylor sweater (yes, I know, the top kind of blends in with the wall):

Note that the Ann Taylor sweater is fairly thin and that a camisole is A MUST (mine is the usual Smartset piece).    Worn with Stuart Weitzman pumps

Thoughts?  I will have pictures of me in the grey jeans from LOFT soon!

  • I like the dress a lot, especially with the boots. Love those boots. Fits you so well! Congrats on the new Loft and Ann Taylor stores in Canada. What a great news!

    love the sweater!!

    • Really? I thought it kind of faded into the wall…

  • I like the dress with the belt. you have such a teeny waist.

    • I actually bought the dress without even trying it on!

  • My favourite is the dress with the belt. It shows off your lovely figure perfectly!

I’m in love with your boots! Plus your tiny waist and slim legs are both perfect for a pair of Platinum Denim Wide Cuff Crop pants from
    Chicos. Check them out at
